ChariotGo collects the account details you enter (email, name, phone), trip routes you book, saved places, and payment references from Paystack or Stripe. That data runs the ride you requested and your history in the app.

We do not sell personal data. Trip locations stay with your account and the drivers assigned to those trips. Payment card numbers are handled by Paystack or Stripe, not stored as full numbers on ChariotGo servers. Identity and selfie liveness checks use Incode; Iraqi accounts skip ID documents but still complete image liveness. See Verification.

To stop duplicate and abusive accounts we store a normalized phone, email, optional device id, and sign-up attempt logs. Suspended identities cannot open a new account with the same phone or email until support clears them.

You can ask to update or delete your account by writing through the Contact page. This notice will grow as store listings and fleet tools launch.
